1. Data controller

2. What data we process

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored only in encrypted form).
• Content you upload: ads, logos, brand guide, product photos, descriptions, links, ad copy.
• Created ads and their copy, points balance and purchase history.
• Payment data: amount, date, status and invoice details. We don't see or store card details – Stripe handles them.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, traffic source (e.g. UTM tags), device type and country, collected with our own (first-party) analytics.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, your cookie choice.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the Service and manage your account (performance of a contract).
• To accept payments and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• To keep the Service secure and reliable and to improve it, including traffic analysis (legitimate interest).
• To send tips, reminders and product news to account holders (legitimate interest). You can unsubscribe at the bottom of every email.
• To measure advertising effectiveness via Meta (marketing cookies and conversion data) – only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as much as necessary:

• Supabase – database and file storage (EU, Frankfurt).
• Vercel – website hosting.
• Anthropic – artificial intelligence models for creating ads and copy. Your content is not used to train models.
• Stripe – payments and invoices.
• Resend – system emails (e.g. password reset).
• Omnisend – tips, reminders and news emails.
• Meta Platforms Ireland – advertising measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API), only if you accept marketing cookies.
• Google – font delivery (Google Fonts).

When data is transferred outside the EU, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR safeguards apply. We don't sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. When you delete a brand or product, its data is deleted. After you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except accounting records we're required to keep by law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies (for login and your chosen language) and anonymous first-party visit statistics: a random visitor ID, the page, the traffic source (e.g. UTM tags), country and device type. Only with your consent do we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API cookies to measure how well our ads work; in that case we share a hashed email address and the sign-up or payment event with Meta. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, or move your data. Email info@kreatyvai.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local data protection authority.
